Welcome to (DHAKACAST). By accessing DHAKACAST and its related services, you are agreeing to the following terms, which are designed to make sure that Maya works for everyone.

General Terms

By law, you will be responsible for any or all activity that takes place and content that is submitted in (or other owned and operated properties) under your registered user name or display name with the site.

❖ Your Account, Your Responsibility

DHAKACAST needs accurate information to complete the registration. The password and security responsibility for your account is only your responsibility. If you face any problem including your password and account related issues, you should notify us about it immediately. You are the only one responsible for your behavior and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio, and video clips, copyright of the content, links, that you present, post, and display on these services.

❖ Your Use must be for legal purpose

No service of DHAKACAST is to be used for any unlawful or unconstitutional purpose & should guarantee that the service does not go against national security and/or national significance of Bangladesh and if you do then you shall solely accept the charges arising out of this end if any.

❖ DHAKACAST can revoke your account

We will use your personal information in a secure way. DHAKACAST has already established various encryption and security technologies and some procedures to protect you from unauthorized access. You are completely responsible for access to your username and password. DHAKACAST reserves the right to deactivate your username and password at any time when there is a violation of code. In no condition or situation you can discriminate, abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate others in the user community, public figures, or companies.

❖ Acceptance of these Terms

Usually, these terms and conditions govern the use of this application. Other terms may apply to your use of a specific feature or parts of our service. If there is a conflict between these TOU (Terms of Use) and terms posted for a specific feature(s) or part(s), the latter terms shall apply to your use of that feature(s) or part(s).

❖ User etiquettes

You will not give out or include spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes, or any code of a destructive nature like viruses or any other technologies that may harm DHAKACAST or the interests or property of our users. You must not copy, modify, or distribute information gathered through DHAKACAST services to generate or submit a redundant email to anyone.

Basic Conditions

❖ DHAKACAST holds the right to alter or terminate any of its services at any time for any reason without any prior notice.

❖ DHAKACAST may but have no obligation to, remove content and accounts containing Content that we decide in our sole judgment are illegal, odious, intimidating, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any other user’s or any third party’s intellectual property or these terms of service.

❖ If DHAKACAST alters these terms of service and if the modifications comprise a material change to the terms of use, DHAKACAST will inform you via e-mail which is given preference expressed on your account at the site.

❖ DHAKACAST holds the right to decline service to anyone for any reason at any time.

❖ DHAKACAST admits and supports posting of content from Maya services to be displayed on external websites.


DHAKACAST holds or claims no intellectual property rights or copyrights over the material you provide to any of DHAKACAST’s services. Your registered profile and materials uploaded in your profile remain yours. You have the right to remove your profile at any time by deleting or disabling your account on the site. This will also eliminate any text and images you have stored in the system of DHAKACAST. DHAKACAST heartens users to contribute and share their creations, news, views, and opinions with the Maya user community through its services. DHAKACAST embarked on to obey all appropriate copyright laws. DHAKACAST will review all claims of copyright breach received and remove the content deemed to have been posted or distributed in violation of any such laws if it finds the objection valid. In order to make a claim, please provide us with the following:

  • ● a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf with the proper consent of the owner;
  • ● a narrative of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  • ● a description of the infringing material and information logically sufficient to permit DHAKACAST to trace the material;
  • ● your full contact information, including your present address, telephone number, and a valid email address;
  • ● a testimonial by you that you, to the best of your awareness, believe that use of the material in the manner complained of is not certified by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  • ● a statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and, under the pains and penalties of false swearing, that you are sanctioned to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Refund Policy

DHAKACAST wants the Patients & Customers to be satisfied with their purchase. However, if such an incident occurs where customers need a refund DHAKACAST will offer a 7 day refund period. The refund needs to be claimed within 3 days of their purchase. If any purchased product is broken or opened or it is assumed that the product is already in-use; in that case, the Patient or Customer cannot claim any refund. On the other hand, if DHAKACAST fails to provide any promised service or fails to deliver products the user will get a full refund within a 15-30 day refund period.


You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless DHAKACAST, Our Professionals and their officers, directors, employees, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers, harmless from and against any claim, actions, demands, liabilities, and settlements, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees (“Claims”), resulting from or alleged to result from, your violation of these Terms of Use.

Geographical Restrictions

DHAKACAST makes no representation that all products, services, and/or material described on the Site, or the Services available through the Site, are appropriate or available for use in locations outside Bangladesh or all districts and territories within Bangladesh.


All Health Professionals performing licensed clinical services on the Site hold the professional licenses issued by the professional licensing boards or agencies in the states where they practice. All physicians and psychologists hold standard degrees in either subject and have undergone excellent experiences. You can report a complaint relating to the care provided by a Healthcare Professional by contacting the professional licensing board in the state where the care was received. In a professional relationship, sexual intimacy is never appropriate and should be reported to the board or agency that licenses, registers, or certifies the licensee. Resolution of Disputes

If a disagreement occurs between you and DHAKACAST, we strongly recommend you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution by going to the DHAKACAST contact page. We will consider rational requests to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation or arbitration, as alternatives to litigation.


After registration, you can start enjoying the privileges of DHAKACAST membership. You may cancel your membership at any time from our web. Your membership benefits are not transferable and are for your own personal use only. DHAKACAST reserves the right to cancel your membership at any time.

❖ Membership renewal

Membership renewal must be made before the expiration of one’s membership. The renewal fee is the same and payment will be accepted via the same means as before to continue receiving the benefits of the membership program. Members who fail to renew their membership will not be able to access and use the benefits of their premium membership.

❖ Un-subscription terms
  • The subscriber at any point during the month may decide to unsubscribe. We will not return a refund for the features already paid for.
  • Unsubscribed members, at any point, may wish to subscribe back. They will again be charged the same amount for the features that they purchase.
❖ Member’s Responsibility

As a member of DHAKACAST program you have the following responsibilities:

  • ● Review and understand the information you receive about your healthcare benefit plan.
  • ● Please call ‘Customer Service’ or contact us via email, when you have questions or concerns.
  • ● Understand how to obtain services and supplies that are covered under your plan.
  • ● Show your membership card, the member ‘E-Card’, or eligibility SMS at panel hospital/diagnostic centers/pharmacies/healthy lifestyle outlets to receive membership benefits.
  • ● Provide honest, complete information to the healthcare professionals for your best care.
  • ● Know what medicine(s) you take, why, and how to take it.
  • ● Pay all fees for which you are responsible at the time of service renewal/render or when the payment is due.
  • ● Voice your opinions, concerns, or complaints to DHAKACAST customer service.

Ensure that you update your personal healthcare record in the members’ portal immediately with care and continue to update the changes in your health status.
